I somehow installed a neosega emulator, what i did was just unrared it and then moved it over to my e: on the xbox. i also changed the ini file, but when i load up everything is fine, except that there are no games. I'm not sure why.

you need to put the roms in the roms folder.

roms are the games...you gotta have roms to run the emulator....there should be a roms folder inside the emulator...ftp to your xbox and look

sorry man i can't tell you where you can get them...roms are illegal unless you own the original copy of the game.

i do own the original nes system with games. i didnt know it was illegal though thank you for telling me.
