HI Everybody, i really need help.
i have been copying ps2 games 4 some time now and my ps2 is chipped.

When i try to copy a ps2 game which is over 4.0 gigs i successfully burn it but when i insert it into the ps2 the game doesn't work. I don't know what 2 do so can any1 help me.

you should really supply a little bit more information,asking a question like that could mean anything,
what method to burn ps2 app'/games/media/speed/what mod chip? etc etc
list these sort of info might give a better chance of solving your problem

Ok I have a messiah chip, I always burn my ps2 games on the slowest speed. I use drag?n drop cd +DVD which has a disk backup button. I just don?t understand why games over 4.0 gigs don?t work on my ps2. I thought maybe because my chip is old ( 3 or 2 year old) but when my friend gave me a copied game over 4.0 gigs it worked perfectly.

Exactly what media are you using (use DVD Identifier) and get rid of that program for a start. Use DVD Decrypter or Alcohol 120.

it has nothing to do with the size of the game.i have a messiah 2 chip and all my games work flawlessly
you say you have been copying games for a while?
have you had much success?

i have never heard of drag/drop app'

ok thanks alot

i downloaded DVD Decrypter and went to iso: read.
When it finished it gave me 2 files a iso image which is 4.2 gigs and a MDS file which is 5 kb which 1 do i burn on to cd

select the MDS file,
dont worry about the iso,it will be all linked together

it sounds like you've just burnt the ISO file, instead of burning the ISO Image.

In DVD Decrypter, go to mode ISO->Write and select the MDS file to the corresponding game.
