Does anyone have trouble with the bundled retail software not playable on modded xbox's? I have Amped 2/Top Spin bundle and when I go into Amped 2 and I reach the screen that says hit 'START' to goto menu and it just freezes. Although where it says hit the 'Y' button for demos does work if I just hit that after a clean reboot of the console. I thought that if I entered there and then try entering the game from there that it would work. Nope. So then I restarted the xbox and tried Top Spin instead. It doesn't even make it to the press 'START' to enter screen and it gives me a BSOD. My mods are Xenium ICE with latest version of Auto Installer Deluxe install on a v1.6 console and Thompson DVD-ROM drive. Does Microsoft somehow make there games check to see if you have a modded console and then not allow you into the game? I don't know whether it is the disc itself or my Thompson drive, so I can't do a test run as all my friends have PS2's. I do have other games that do work. Anyone with this or similar problems?

Also, does anyone know where I can get a pre-modded Samsung drive from a respectable company for a good price? Thanks for any replies...
