i am having trouble with shrink.. when i open it and click to open dvd i get an error message.."dvd shrink encountered an error and can't continue" but if i reinstall it it runs fine until i close out.. any ideas?

Perhaps try uninstalling it, and deleting it out of your system altogether and then downloading another DVD Shrink and see if that helps.

i've tried this a few times and has not hfixed it yet.. anyone have a list of programs that might conflict or cause problems with shrink?
