ncd is a proprietary image format from NTI CD-Maker. You can probably find a demo or shareware version of it that will allow you to either burn the image CD or convert it to another image format

For the best quality mp3s use EAC (exact audio copy) to rip your audio CDs and LAME to encode them. Follow this guide:
