I/O Error while trying to decrypt using dvd decrypter

Hi, I just started burning dvds about 2 days ago... I have succesfully burned about 6 movies so far using nero , dvd decrypter and dvd shrink. But when I tried to copy the family guy season 2 and three I am getting an I/O error it says:

INTERPERTATION : SRB COMPLETED WITH ERROR

HOST ADAPTOR STATUS : 0x00
INTERPERTAITON : HOST ADAPTOR DID NOT DETECT AN ERROR

TARGET STATUS : 0x02
INTERPERTATION : CHECK CONDITION

CDB : 28 00 00 2D C0 46 0E 00 00 00 00 09 02 00 00 00 00 00 20 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
INTERPERTAION : FOCUS SERVO ERROR

then it says abort, retry, ignore -- I hit retry nd dvd decryptor seems to freeze at 75 % complete.

Please help I have no idea what this means and dont know even where to begin to trouble shoot. Thanks !!

Ok I tried to decrypt the same dvd with DVD Shrink and i got another i/o error at least thats what i think it said cause i got pissed and clicked it off real quick -- it said something about i/o overlap and it also stopped at 75%
someone please help or give me some idea as to whats going on!!!!!!!!!!!
