Diney dvds dont read in dvd player

every thing i thorw at my dvd player it reads except the disney dvds. i've read and read the forums here to find an answer but all i find is cant copy them. my player just wont read them.
i have a Plextor PX-716A dvd burner and running WinXP with service pack 2.
i hope some one can lead me in the right direction
