Aopen DVD Writer problem

I have bought an Aopen DVD-(re)writer but DVD decrypter doesn't work (keeps coming up with -read- errors and retries). On the DVD Decrypter site they mention to have fixed problems concerning these writers and tell me to use RICOH tab, but I have no idea what to do !

please help !!!
