my problem is within 5 seconds of decoding the file shrink completely shuts down. a couple of times i have got an error that stated: programming error - exception occured. What does this mean and what do i need to do to fix it

try using DVD Decrypter to rip movie to your harddrive, then shrink if necessary.

i am already using decrypter first. i have been using both for two weeks with no problems, but all of the sudden the shrink shuts down everytime it sarts to decode. i have tried a couple of movies, so i dont think it is the movie. please help.

try an older version. Had the same problem and was told to try ver. 3.17 and it worked fine.
