Okay-I want to do the wire install and as I'm looking at the colors inside the LPC square-with the adapter mounted to the board-are those wires soldered to the pins? example-the brown pin(2) and the black pin(1) looking at the diagram are you suppose to solder these wires or cut them? could someone explain this please!

My X-box is the 1.6
