Does anybody think that it will be possible to buy recordable DVD-9s? I hope so, 'cause it would make copying DVD-9s so much easier.

This will never be possible. DVD9 discs are pressed then glued together. They are not burnt.

I have seen dvd9 discs. they say they can fit 9.4 gb, which is just two 4.7's. they are double sided, just like a dvd5 on each side. I think i saw them at a video store, saturday night matinee
