If you have just the .ISO file of a ps2 game, is there any way to determine whether it's PAL or NTSC?

Sometimes the name of the ISO is SLUSxxxxx or SLESxxxxx. If you have either of these for the name, SLUS is NTSC and SLES is PAL. Other than that, I don't know.

squizzle is right , you also can use isobuster or any program thats opens iso files and then see if there is a slus/scus (ntsc)or sles/sces(pal) file.
