Hi i am going to buy a an brandnew xbox the mechassualt 2 lone wolf bundle. and i would like to know if the softmod installer deluxe 2.0 will work in it becasue i think its an xbox 1.6b it says its compatible with the 1.6 but is it compatible with the 1.6b? if not how do you softmod the Xbox Version 1.6?

Between 1.6 and 1.6b, you only need to worry about their differece if you try to install a modded BIOS. Softmod does not care the difference as long as you don't do BFM.

BFM = Boot from Media, to boot a BIOS from hdd or CD/DVD media.
