Hope someone can help .... got a yamada dvx 6600 ... when I play some xvid movies by selecting from the file browser, the tv screen enlarges slightly (i.e. you still see the file browser) but no movie, although your do hear sound ???? The only way around this so far is to re-encode the movie as a divx movie and resize to 640x or below. A common theme with these unplayable xvid movies is that they all seem to be set to a high resolution i.e. 700 x +. Is this fault or am I doing something wrong. Any insight would be most welcome. Thx.
