I bought a 2nd hand copy of NCAA Football 2005 off ebay, and when i put it in my ps2 it freezes at the 2nd load screen (so part of it works), when i tried to back it up, it got upto a certain part (18%) and it came up with a disc read error.

I got the disc cleaned and the same thing happened, does the error indicate that the game is stuffed?

I have emailed the person i got it off, i am guessing i will have to send it back.

If you are getting a read error, then yes, there is something wrong with your disc. And you should send it back.

Yep, sounds like a problem with the disc. Could be a scratch at that point that it just can't read the info.

It took me a bit but you just put am image tag in your signature.
It has to be a picture posted somewhere on the web.
Like mine is at protuner.com
[img]link to web site " border=0>
just go to where the picture you want is posted.
right click on it and go to properties
copy address (ULR) of the picture

I tried to write out the image tag but for some reason it won't work right so i PM'ed it to you in hopes that it will show up correctly. If not i just hope you know how to do image tags. Will be the same for any forums you are in.
