I have a Slim PS2 with Swap magic 3 version 3.3. I did the Straw and tissue stuff and it still doesn't work. I have an iso file on my computer and i used Nero to burn the isoon the blank DVD-R. The brand of the DVD-R is a cheap brand no name stuff. When i put the Backup DVD in my ps2 all i see is black when it tries to load. I've tried a different Backed up game and the issue is the same. What am i doing wrong?

Cheap media usually doesn't work for ps2 backup games. Many people have your problem, and fix it by trying quality media, such as: Verbatim datalifeplus, Taiyo Yuden, Philips, HP, etc.

did you just burn the iso file as a file, or did you burn the image?
