To the Xbox gurus...what's the BEST BIOS for X2.6?

I just got my chip in today...but before I proceed installing it into my Xbox (v1.5), I just wanted to ask any Xbox guru out there if there is a prefered BIOS amongst the Xbox guru community. What are the advantages and disadvantages between such BIOSes. Plus, I want to know what the best Dashboard is, or should I say most popular.

you will need to use biosmanager to create a 512k size...x2.6 chips only work with a 512k bios.

just get biosmanager from xecuter's site, and then put the x2_4983 bios into banks 1 and 2 and then save your new bios.

use X2 4983.06 , make a 1mb file or a 512kb file.

if using 512, use the other 512 to put the cromwell flashbios, on just incase :)

cromwell as the first, xecuter2 as the second

Apologies for being slightly OT.

Spyman: Which BIOSes do you use on your 1.6 Xbox with Xenium Ice? I tried evox but I want something that supports In Game Reset.

Is there an X2 BIOS which works on Xenium on a 1.6 Xbox?

if u want a straight up bios that does the job go 4 the 4983.06 for bigger HDD using just F:\, 4983.67 for HDD using F:\ + G:\. If u wanna change bios colors etc 4979 and earlier bios.
