ok so i was finally able to flash the chip now the xbox boots with the switch on to the xbox screen with the evo logo in the top left part of the screen. how do i install a dashboard now it keeps saying that i have the wrong disc in the drive or it might be dirty blah blah blah
also if i turn the switch off it flashes red and green
did i do something wrong ?
PLEASE HELP

I recommend installing Evox as your dashboard. You can get an autoinstaller such as "Slayer's evox autoinstaller" and that works very well and is super easy.
