Have you tried rebuilding with ISOBUSTER? If not here is an excellent step by step guild written by Winning11.

I'm not sure if this will help but it's worth a shot.
Also what game are you trying to back up?

If it's Gran Turismo 4, forget it. Save yourself time and money and just buy the game. :>)

I have tried to copy a few.

One of them was Gran Turismo 4 but if they are really hard ill just keep the original.
Also i was trying to copy Playboy:The Mansion & FIFA 2005.

Thanks a lot

To my knowledge no one has been able to make a working backup of GT4. A couple of people have said they did, but when confronted they admitted deception or ignored the thread. Doesn't have anything to do with encryption(that's easy to get around), it's just getting GT4's DVD9 ISO to a DVD5. I don't think it can be done as of yet.

Playboy and FIFA will fit on a single DVD5 disc, whatever you are doing to copy them, you're doing it wrong.

I'm only referring to GT4. If you have a way, then I'd like to hear about it and so would many others. Everyone that says they can has yet to actually post how they did it.
