Is it possible to copy the video typically found on an "enhanced" CD to DVD for replay on a standard DVD player? Thanks.

Your page is very helpful, bookmark-worthy. Some of the files are .mpg, some are already .AVI, and your guide seems to cover those, but will it work with the macromedia files?I don't have the CD here, but I think the file was macromedia.exe, at least I know the .exe part is right. Thanks for the link,

Thats completly different all together, and I am really not sure about a Macromedia file. Macromedia is actually a program that plays flash file as far as I know. Maybe someone else can jump in on this one.. ?

You may want to check this site out http://www.lencom.com/VideoConverter.html?OVRAW=convert%20.swf&OVKEY=convert%20swf&OVMTC=standard

But you could try my way first to see if DivXtoDVD might recognize those files. I am not sure because I never tried it would be interesting to know though.. So if it works let me know would ya?
thanks :-)

Thee DivxtoDVD worked great for the .AVI and .mpg files I had, thanks for that. It didn't work with the shockwave or some Quicktime movies I tried it on. The link you sent me might solve the .swf problem, but the quicktime files need another converter, I believe. I'm having a lot of problems connecting to the software pages to see if one is available, so that might have to wait for another day. Any recommendations? Thanks for pointing me in the right direction, btw. if I could only get the site to co-operate.....

I dwloaded both your recommendations and I'll have to figure them out before I find out if they work for me. At least I know what I'm dealing with now . Again, thanks for the help, questions all answered for now, I'm sure I'll be back sometime,
