I would use DVD Santa or Vso DivxToDVD to convert the AVI files to dvd format. Then use the re-author function in DVD Shrink to join the two

You are missing a codec. This one should help. http://www.netmeier.de/archives/tag2000audio.exe Its an audio2000 codec for AVI.

For joining movies, I use the 'movie joiner' from this mob http://www.movietoolbox.com/..
the program is FREE, and it covers quite a few different formats..

DVD Santa is also free to try but will give you a watermark on the video unless you buy it

@zabijecie
Let me make this really really easy for you :-)

See the link in my signature?
Click on that and go to the guide called "Convert AVI to DVD" the guide even shows me joining two movies together and everything you need is there..

Good Luck :-)
