Try AnyDVD or DVD43free. They run in the background as decrypters so either should work. I think AnyDVD does a little better job at decrypting.

I use both DVD43 and AnyDVD with 1 click and have had no problems. I also have(not to sound like a broken record but)dvd dycrypter and DVD Shrink and with dvd43/any dvd they work awesome.Hope it helps.
