im havlng trouble burning my movies.for some movies it burns about 20% some about 80% then it just ejects itself and an error message appears. "burning failed" do i need the nero software to burn it completely? Is something wrong with my burner itself? I've burned two movies successfully... that's why i dont understand whats wrong. could the dvds have any affect on this?

there are many factors in which why burning fails,
cheap media is the biggest cause
others factors that contribute the burn process are DMA/ASPI LAYERS/SPEED
are you burning on the fly?or from the hardrive?
you need to post a log

whats a log? What's the fly? im burning on my hard drive. LOL

when you get errors,the app' you use will give the option to look at the error log,to try and find out why it failed

on the fly means "disc to disc"
