During Load, goes back to the "Browser Screen"---Golden Eye Rogue Agent

i'm trying to back up my GoldenEye Rogue Agent using Verbatim dvd+r at 1x speed with dvd decrypter and i use swap magic 3.3. I also rebuilt the iso, because when i do that, the games generally are more likely to work for me. However, with this game specifcally, after hitting "x" to load, the game appears like its giong to load up, but instead of showing the loading screen, it goes back to the Browser screen which displays my memory cards and the ps2 disc. It appears that it believes that the disc is valid because when i scroll over to the disc on the browser screen, it says "Playstation2 Disc". However, after doing about 3 or 4 tries, the game went to actual loading screen for the game, but then just froze there. Can someone help? thanks
