which 1 is better and whats the difference because i saw the the 8x is cheaper then the 4x just wondering

im surprised 8X is cheaper,what media is this?be very carefull cos if you buy really cheap crap media youll end up with more problems than its worth.
anyway theres no real difference as such between 8x and 4x,just natural progresion of technology,however i have been burning at 4x untill 1 month ago with flawless,perfect backups,however when i increased the speed i get freezing,skipping and coasters,
my advice buy god media and stick to 4X
