RealPlayer 10 + StreamBox Ripper codec problem and solution

I have tried to use streambox ripper to convert RM to MP3... I saw the OLD forum post about errors with player 10, but mine is different and the advice is not helping.. I get an error about an (raar.dll) file.
Someone else suggested I use Nero to convert rm to mp3, but when I loaded those plug-ins my nero locks up and other searches of forums thats a problem too.. I'm stuck here, my wife switched settings on her computer and Real player has been ripping her CDs to .RA and not MP3 like I changed it too.. so 2 out of 50 cds are good. any help PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also, I've downloaded about three other programs, but they all have 30 sec or 180 sec or 2 song limits on the downloads..If I have to spend money on a program I'll just redo the CDs..
