Swap Magic Fixes.

When you download a Backup of your PS 2 games off the internet.
In order to get it to work with the Swap Magic, do you have to find a Swap Fix.
Or is there a High Chance it will work without the Swap Fix.
I am trying to play Yu Yu Hakusho ,but everytime I try and boot it, the screens goes black and stays like that.
I know I am not using Cheap Media, because I tried:

Sahara DVD+R
Princo DVD-R
Verbatim DVD-R


all having the same problem.
Now I am not sure what DVDScan is or if it will help me, so I am going to need help.

first off downloading games is illegal.
Second bad media makes bad copies. I have never heard of any of those brands except Verbatim which i know a lot of people use.
some games need fixes so check the list

Also every now and then you find PS2's that will either read -R or +R some some +R discs may work too if the -R discs don't, that is if your burner can do both types.

princo is dogshit iv had nothing but trouble with that brand try tdk dvd-rs they work gret even on the v1s.
