i am not sure exactly what that is. But i know Swap Magic 3.3 can boot up both PAL on and NTSC system and NTSC on a PAL system if that's what your looking for.

try getting an action replay max it has an option for dvd regions if thats what your after gamestop has them for 25.00 .

cheers i need it because ive got loads of backed up ps2 games but cant play them as my boot disc is scratched and my ps2 wont read it

DVD Region X cannot be used to boot PS2 software. It is only for DVD movies. You will need to get Swap Magic if you want to play backup games.

that is wrong, DVD Region can be used to backup ps2 software, i use it.

It is the easiest way to boot through a cd, on the main menu just change the cds and press start. I'm not sure how to do it with DVDs though
