I got this DVD and ripped the vobs to mpeg with Tmpgenc DVD Author. Everything worked fine, picture looks clear and everything until there is a motion like running, then I see these fine lines throught the video. Sorry for the lame description but I do not know what the offical term would be. I guess my question would be what program am I suppose to be using to convert a vob file to mpeg without having those little lines appear whenever there is a fast motion on the screen.

Any reason for wanting to convert to mpeg. All you need is DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink. If you must go to mpeg this guide may help. http://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=224833
