backup region free disk?

folks
is it possible to download an image of dvd region x for example and then burn to dvd and use swapmagic then dvdloader etc. to get the disk running?

any thoughts would be greatly appreciated

i use action replay max works like a charm i got it at gamestop for 25.00

cool, but i just wonder if there is any way of getting hold of an image to stick on the memory card, the way you can put a cut down version of hdloader on there...
