I considered myself a newbie, but even more so now that I read some of the postings here. Hope you can bear with me.

I've burned some AVI's onto CD-R's. A few came out quite fuzzy, but some were clear and the volume was synched. However, the only controls I had during playback on the player were PLAY and PAUSE. If I tried to rewind or FF, the disk would re-set back to the file tree.

I burned them using Nero Express as a data cd. Should I go back to Nero and play with the settings or is this normal?
