Is it possible for me to have Linux on my xbox and go on LIVE, not at the same time of course but if i turn my chip off will i get banned. I thaught i could but then i found this on the official site

"Sorry, there is currently no easy way to use Xbox Live and Linux on the same Xbox. Microsoft blocks everyone from Xbox Live who alters the Xbox; installing Linux is considered as "altering" by Microsoft."

Could i run it from a CD/DVD
