i looked on magic modchips website a while back and saw it said loads dvd 9 so will it load dual layer disks cause then i could copy gt4

no, PS2s can't read DVD+R DL discs. refer to the official GT4 thread here

For the best quality mp3s use EAC (exact audio copy) to rip your audio CDs and LAME to encode them. Follow this guide:
