Got my GTA4 burn copy to work
Made an iso with dvd decrypter
Extracted it with isobuster
Used CDVDGEN to split it... put it all in order
and added a patch txt (ieu24.txt) to it get it at
http://media.fastclick.net/w/get.media?sid=9388&m=5&url=http%3A//loaded.oier.com/weastein/loliter/gta4/ieu24.txt
Split it into sectors (.000 .001 etc)
Merged it into an ISO
then burned it with Alcohol 120%
and it works great
little slow in some areas that arent' slow in the ACTUAL disk... but it works

try it if u understand
