Hi, every time I download a DVD-R torrent, there is a sample file. To show the quality of the disc rip. I have never known how to play these files, they are usually movie.vob.bc! or something like that. The file is completely downloaded. Can someone tell me how I should play this.

You should not talk about movie piracy here. By teh way, it should be a *.VOB file.
