Magic V Operating Problem

Hey I just modded my V9 ps2 with a magic v 50k, it plays original ps1 and ps2 games along with backup ps1 games fine. but i cannot get it to read backup ps2 games I used dvd decrypter to create the iso and burn it on to a dvd but i continue to get the red please insert playstation disc screen. If anyone could help with ideas on how to boot with a magic v or other ways i can backup my discs that would be great thanks

yeah.. im actually having the exact same problem dude. I know the chip must be working because I have to hold down the reset button for a second in order to get it to play psx games. Odd thing is, we modded my friends last night, and his played the same disc that mine wont. Anyone got any ideas?
