VOB file only needed to work???

when i convert using divxtodvd all i get in the Video_ts file is a vob file and thats it... can i make a dvd only with that and the movie will work??? or do i need something else??? aspect is auto, standard is NTSC 29.97fps and i tried it with both auto and both NTSC 4:3 but i still keep getting the VOB file and not the Ifo's and stuff.

once divx to dvd has created that VOB file , just open shrink dvd up and in the re author mode you find that shrink will see it and then you will be able to back the file up to dvd +/- r with out much trouble

how when DVD Shrink does not see anyfiles??? ill try agian but i doubt it will work, ty though :-)
