At the moment, there is no such emulator. And it doesen't seem like there ever will be.. sorry mate. ;)

What's the name of the popular Sega and SNES emulator with roms that work for PS2. Can somone give a link or PM please.

If you have a modded box, then that is the way to go for emulation. PS2 is not really meant for emulation, but it does have it's fair share of emulators! N64, Playstation 1, SNES, NES, Sega, Commodore, Arcade, GBA, PC, and many more emulators work great on the box!
