Sony DRU 530 UL and IcopyDVDs2 problems

Someone please help me. I have a Sony DRU 530UL burner and I use DVD43 and Icopy DVDs2. I read the DVD and then I start step 2 and the button stays gray. I have updated my firmware and remove interactual and Hot Llama. WHat now????
