DVD Decrpyter sends error about my Ben-Q

I have read 7 perfect games all in 5 mintures using dvd decrypter and my Ben-q but now all of the sudden it takes about 20 minutes and sometimes the read rate drops down to (0.02X) About 25% into the process it sends me an error I haven't gotten. It's mostly numbers and codes but it says something about my Ben-Q. Its brand new so it shouldn't be having problems. Its taking me longer than ever to read the discs. The reat rate starts off at about (1.4X)but has sent me an error ever since I put in my eighth game.
