I have a SCVD that is split into two folders (cd1 and cd2) they each have .bin and .cue files in each folder. I have been able to burn them to 2 seperate cd's but want to put them together in one DVD and play continious. I have downloaded the scvd2dvdmpg v1.1.1 or whatever. When i go to brouse to find the file and find it and highlight it and hit start it says this isnt a valid file path. But it IS, why is this saying this? I dont really care what program I use to do it, so if anyone has a better suggestion I would be glad to hear it. BTW I use Nero StartSmart to burn with if this makes any diffrence. Thanks.

Hey, Christy, i just finished doing what your're trying to do.

Check out these guides before you start:

http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/svcd_to_dvdr_from_cds.cfm
http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/svcd_to_dvdr_from_img.cfm
http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/multiple_svcd_on_dvdr.cfm
http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/womble_mpeg_join_tutorial.cfm

Read all these guides and see what software is required. They are a great help.

I recently just downloaded 2 vcd's (.bin[image],.cue). I used VCD Gear to convert them to MPEG.
Then I used MPEG-VCR to join them.
Then I used WinAVI to convert to DVD format.
Then I used CloneDVD2 to multiplex and burn.

And it worked!

Good luck,

the Weycraze

all yoh have to do is make a folder name it the movie you want...then put all the bin and cue files from "cd1" and "cd2" in that folder you made...then do the rest and the program will pick it up..the reason you are gettin an error is because your telling svcd2dvd to get the file from the folder outside..so just make it simple and create a folder and name it the movie you want..then put the 2 bin and 2 cue files in there and then hit start..simple..i have this program and it rocks!!!

I authored two svcd's together with a menu , but when i play wit with my dvd player, burnt in nero, only one movie works, the menu doesn't work and also the second movie doesn't work. I then converted that dvd folder to iso and burnt it in dvd decrypter, but the disk doesn't work in my JVC player.. I think it has to do with the setting in nero.. Any help appreciated. One more thing, I'm unable to check the box in nero for joilet, how do i do that?. Also, do i need to multiplex them in order for the second part and the menu to work?
