As the subject says I have this problem, the thing is that the original DVD has different frame sizes and the 2 avi files inherit them so the dub program detects them

Yeah I tryied the normal procedure in Virualdub, that is: append a second AVI to a first AVI open. Didnt work.

place the 2 avi in DivxToDvd (free app / fast / small end files = vob/ifo/bup for burning to dvdr)
