How do you convert VOB files in order to burn them ?

by convert do you mean author?? so you have all the bubs ifos vobs for a disc?? Nero can do that

what do you want to convert to??

shrink dvd or DVD Shrink which ever suits you can read the video_ts folder you have created and in re author mode you will be able to get said folder to dvd disc
