Has anyone gotten Winning Eleven 8, Livewire Evolution to boot with HD Loader?

I tried with all modes off, as well as mode 1, 2, 3 on individually and have had no luck.

Can someone can tell me what compatibility mode is needed, or does it not work with HD Loader at all?
