Check out Alucard.cc and join. They may have a ripkit, or instructions on rebuilding the games. Even if they don't, most games that need rebuilding are easy enough to rebuild that they don't need guides.
Usually, to rebuild games you simply need to make an ISO of the original. Extract all the files of the ISO to a folder on your hard drive using something like ISOBuster, or better yet, Apache.
Then you use CD/DVDGen and create a DVD-ROM master disc. Then using Apache side-by-side, you add in the files with the same LBAs that they were on the disc.
So, you drag in one file at a time, you make sure that the addresses exactly match the original disc, and when it comes to the GARBAGE or DUMMY file(s) you usually just replace those files with another file (of the same name) but make them empty. (Use notepad, type in a letter, save it as DUMMY.BIN or whatever the garbage file is called) after that point, continue to rebuild the game on top of that address.
Trust me, it always works out perfectly fine for this kind of stuff. Most games that try to use Dual layer discs or dummy files to deter people can easily be broken by replacing the dummy files with an empty dummy file.
After this, you click RECORD, and it'll take you to a screen, you probably won't have a supported drive to burn to a DVD directly, don't worry, you want to simply WRITE the REBUILT ISO to your hard drive. Click on record, it'll create the ISO (usually in parts). Take note of where it saved.
For most games, you'll have something like gameName.00, gameName.01, ETC. Open notepad and type in the dos command line "build /b part1 + part2 + part3 entireOutputFileName.ISO" - replacing part1, part2, with the names of the files that CDVDGEN built, and without the quotes, finally save that file as "build.bat" in the same directory.
Then you burn with a program of your choice.
This is a brief overview, but it basically explains what you'll be doing to burn ANY game that you want to rebuild.
If you're not confident enough to go out and do it on your own, join Alucard.cc and see if they have any ripkits for the game you're looking for there. Even if they don't, they at least have all the tools you'll ever need to rip them.
....... Just don't try GT4, that one's a real bitch :) No one's gotten that one cracked yet.
