help! I'm not sure what to do. My ilo dvdr04 was working great and all of a sudden the tray has frozen and will not open. Is there anyway to get it to open? Does anyone have an 800 number to reach their tech support? My son's favorite dvd is stuck in there!!!!

beneath the tray there's a pinhole, probe it gently with a blunt pin.

You can also try going to My Computer, Right click the DVD drive and click eject.
