own a dvd of a full season of tv show, only copies first show but tells me burn is succesful. how do I copy all shows. mrvince

installed original dvd and followed directions, installed blank dvd when instructed and was informed that the burn was succesful. unfortunatley It only copied one of five shows. any solutions would be appreciated. mrvince

But you failed to tell us what program you are using! are you doing this with a computer, a DVD recorder or what. The more details you give the easier it is for us to help you.

sorry for the lack of info. using dvd x platinum on desktop computer with win xp home.used a dvd that included a season of tv shows ( about six) followed the prompts and got a succesful burn for just one show.cannot get it to copy the whole disk. mrvince

If you use Xpress you must check off entire disk to get all episodes. If using Platinum you must check off each individual episode. X copy questions should be asked in the X copy forums at the bottom of the page
