I have used DVD Decrypter for making ISO images for DVD Movies but not much luck with PS2 games

Ok...Thanks I have DVD Decrypter! Can someone give me directions on how to copy PS2 games? Thanks and hints would be appreciated like which speed to read at and burn at! Thank you

read speed doesn't matter
write at the slowest speed possible 1x, 2x should work fine
just open decrypter
MODE>ISO>READ
copy to your hd, then..using this file
MODE>ISO>WRITE
This will work for most games...usually I do a search on a game before I back it up to find out if there are any special burning procedures. Some of the newer games like,
Mercenaries
Star Wars Battlefront...
need for the .iso to be rebuilt
some are special cases like God of War...which needs some extra steps.

just make sure in your settings in DVD Shrink you untick enable burning with Nero.

Yeah as far as ps2 backups alcohol has worked great for me too.But Decrypter is a good free solution.

In my opinion alcohol does a better job burning the image than decrypter or Nero.
