reflashing spider chip help

Hi I flashed my spider chip with the m8 bios for the 1.6 xbox and works great but the only prob is that I want to install a 160gb hdd!!

I put it in and my bios doesn't support over the 137gb.

How can I reflash my chip with the correct bios which I now have on pc?? I have tried using evox auto installer 2.5 and it just freezes!!

Aaaaaah please help.
