I downloaded a few video concerts that have been split into 2 discs with the video ts files. Is there a way to combine both files so that it can be burned on one dvd?

Using DVD Shrink, you can do it in re-author mode.

Just select the files you want on the right and drag them to the left.

if shrinks not your cup of tea TMPGEnc dvd author can accomplish the task as well once you have converted your files to mpeg2
